Sideways Stories From Wayside School is funny because well you will see. Sideway Stories From Wayside School is by Louis Sachar and he is a VERY GOOD author!!!!It has 30 chapters each about the different people in the book(teachers and students). 

It was funny because the kids in the book think that "normal kids"(like us)((for them)) are weird (when it's them how are weird).they are weird because: their school is sideways,there is no 19th story, and they have a HUGE playground(soooo unfair)!!!!!!

 I think that Miss Zarves is funny(you will learn more about her in the 2nd book)((there are 4 books))she teaches on the 19th floor and her chapter(in the 1st book)is VERY SHORT!!!!! 

It is about the lives of each student in the book because each chapters is about a students. We learn that each kid is unique and different. Being unique is important and being you is awesome.

Yes I recommend this book. I think that my friend Amelie would like it. Yes it should be taught in school, because it is funny!!!!!!! The class would be very different and they would now that is is fine to be different.
